Natural vitamin supplement with some good ingredients listed. Looking at the ingredients there are things like zinc, and ashwaghanda which have known benefits. It came sealed with a plastic seal and inner sealed lid. My husband just started taking them, and he did see some improvement in his energy levels and sleep, so they seem strong and effective. Too early to see any real impact, but none of the ingredients listed seem bad, so overall it's a good vitamin supplement to take since he works out daily. The ingredients and quantity make it a good price and value. It is made in the US which is a big plus.

I have a testosterone booster in my current daily supplement stack, although it's tough to compare apples to apples since each supplement uses different ingredients to hopefully boost testosterone.The VitalVault (VV) product is substantially more expensive per capsule, at 92 cents vs my previous product's 15 cents. Although the VV capsules seem to have about 2x the amounts of two key ingredients: fenugreek and tongkat ali.We'll see how this combo of ingredients makes me feel compared to what I've been taking, and whether that justifies the 3x the cost per milligram of the key components. I'll update in a few weeks, so stay tuned!

Love this product! Noticing increased strength in the gym on my workouts while having even more energy throughout the day. A fair price for the right results.

Only just started taking these. So, it's tough to say if this supplement is working or effective as promised. After a solid week, no jitters or sudden bursts of energy. These capsules are a bit on the large size. For me, it's kinda difficult to get down. I also tried opening the capsules to add the powder to my hot tea. Don't recommend doing that. It tastes horrible. Keep it in capsule form. These seem decent in quality. Until some time has passed, it's hard to see any results. I will report back after I finish it. Saying these are a good value until I've fully used this product, is hard to say.

I’ve tried lots of supplements and even paid 4 times the cost of this product for prescription TRT. The value for your money is great with this supplement. I don’t get jitteriness like with some products I’ve used in the past and the quality for the price point is outstanding.This is an effective way to avoid the expense of TRT and avoid the side effects of using TRT. I enjoy the increased energy level I get from this supplement, without the jitteriness! The functionality of this supplement is above and beyond others I have tried. I will update this review if anything changes, but for now I am happy and impressed with this supplement!

I've tried all of the ingredients in these VitalVault 7-in-1 capsules separately or sometimes a few blended together over the years, and have had subtle but noticable positive results. I have been taking these for about a week now. I feel pretty good as far as daily sustained energy goes. It's hard to say if that is from just a week of these, though.Good, sustained energy all day something that sort of ebbs and flows for me from week to week. What I can say is that I've had more than my usual amount of work at my job and at home this week, and those are usually the times when my energy runs a little short toward the end of day. I'm not running short on energy this week, and taking these is the only thing that's been different from past weeks. It's a strong correlation if not causation, and I'll take the results either way.For me, all of these ingredients have shown in the past to deliver some positive benefits. However, I have the rest of my lifestyle pretty well dialed in as far as nutrition, sleep and exercise. I believe under those conditions, products like this can somewhat enhance ones health and well-being. I don't think they will turn you into your own version of superman on their own, though. What they might do is give you the motivation to dial into a healthy lifestyle, which has value beyond just the small benefits of the supplements themselves.

This is a clean product with little to no taste. Easy to swallow.My husband tried it for a few.days and found it made him a little "agitated. " So he quit taking it.Some of the herbs mixed in this might be too much for gentlemen who are sensitive to herbs.Was hoping it would help with his moods and sleep. He said it kept him awake, even if he took them at breakfast.Talk to your health care person to see if these herbs are a good fit.
